Rescheduling Made Easy
We understand that reschedules can be inconvenient, especially when caused by unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your cooperation in adjusting to our availability so that we can reschedule your session in line with our current policies. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines, and feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
1. General Terms and Conditions
1.1 Booking Cancellations:
1.1.1 Within 72 Hours:
You are eligible for a full refund of your Reservation Fee if you cancel within 72 hours of booking.
1.1.2 After 72 Hours:
Cancellations made after 72 hours will be credited as an Artwork Credit, valid for one year, which can be used towards a future portrait session.
2. Rescheduling Your Photo Session
2.1 Rescheduling Notice:
A minimum of 14 days' notice prior to your scheduled session is required to reschedule your session. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients. Your first reschedule will not incur any fees.
2.2 Short Notice Rescheduling:
If rescheduling is requested with less than 72 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session, a non-refundable fee of $95 will apply. This fee covers costs associated with last-minute changes.
2.3 Multiple Reschedules:
If more than one reschedules is requested for the same booking, a fee of $95 will be charged for each additional reschedule due to the complexities involved in managing multiple changes.
3. Rescheduling Due to Emergency or Illness
3.1 Emergencies/Illness:
In the case of illness or emergencies, we will work with you to find an alternative session date. Your initial confirmation fee will be transferred to the newly selected date.
4. Filling Your Spot
4.1 Spot Reassignment:
If we can fill your original session spot with another client, the rescheduling fee will be waived. We will inform you as soon as possible regarding the outcome.
5. Portrait Session Late Arrivals and No-Shows
5.1 Late Arrivals:
5.1.1 Late Arrival Policy:
Arriving more than 20 minutes late is considered a no-show, and your session will be cancelled without a refund.
5.1.2 Early Arrival Recommendation:
To ensure a smooth and relaxed session, please plan to arrive early. Late arrivals often result in a stressful experience, which can impact the quality of your session.
